I checked my bank online today and saw an $89.00 check payment had been completed. I called my bank and found that the payment was made to Money Plus Saver and was given a phone number to the company. I called the number concerning the charge and was told that I had authorized the charge on 1/11/13. I never authorized this charge. I demanded my money back and was told that I had to mail a copy of my bank statement to them and a refund would be processed. I was told that a refund would not be forthcoming until such time as I sent them this information. I would not, of course, give them any further info concerning my account as they obviously already knew too much. As my account was already in overdraft I was charged an extra $35.00. I searched the name of the company and found that it was a website where I had applied for a payday advance loan, which I never received. I never ordered any "product" from this company. If I had money for a product from these people I would not have been applying for a loan. This company is acquiring information solely for the purpose of defrauding people who already have funding issues. I am currently filing a complaint with my bank and trying to see if there is a way to stop any future payments being made to this company. Since I am already in overdraft I am unable to close the account and open a new one until I am in the positive again, which is why I was applying for a loan in the first place.
