Omnisure Group, LLC is strictly the payment plan provider for the vehicle service contract.
We handle the billing and collection of the monthly payments on behalf of the seller.
We do not handle anything related to the payment or denial of claims, refunds to customers, cancellations, or the service contract itself.
These requests should be directed to the seller or administrator of the policy, found in the policy booklet.
