I gave him 200.00 cash to buy half of a car that needed just a few things done to it and he was going to sell it to some one for 1500.00. I wondered why he never worked on it, but he had one excuse after another, then I gave him and his family over 150.00 cash to either buy food or pay on a bill or buy gas for his wife to work etc. I have asked for the title for to the car or the money and he has made every excuse in the world or has not given it to me. However, his wife works full time, his daughter works full time, and he draws two checks plus food stamps.
