Yes, I am one of the dummies that got scammed!!! I did do a google on FMG, Houston, TX and nothing popped up believe it or not initially in Sep 2012. They work together with ABC Title & Closing Services out of Denver, CO and I never thought to look up a financial institution but when I finally did it was too late they popped up right away! My monies were confirmed by my bank as being received by and withdrawn from the Mexican Banks(Grupo ScotiaBank and BBVA Bancomer) These are both fairly prominent banks in Mexico so go to their websites and file complaints with the president of Grupo Scotiabank and email a complaint with [email protected] also file a local police report charging theft by deception, file with BBB of both Denver, CO for ABC Title and BBB Houston, TX for First Management Group, also file at www.complaint.ic3.gov, go to crimestoppers web page and list all of the names of the companies and persons that you had any contact with, call your states attorney's office, file a complaint with the Consumer Fraud Bureau and fcc.gov, FBI of both Houston and Denver. I did all of this and I call and leave messaages via voicemail to all numbers for both companies, all emails for both companies and fax to both companies EVERY DAY MULTIPLE TIMES A DAY, they will not be rid of me and my money that easily!!!!!!!!! I am persueing legal action against both of these companies and will take it as far as I can. I hold them to our signed contract as I know they would hold me to the same.
