I ordered a kitchen table and six chairs and still have not recieved them. On 5-16-11 after calling several times I stopped in the store and was told the reason I did not get the table was the chairs were no longer available and they would put a rush order in with the correct chairs and the same table as the original order. On 7-18-11 when I had enough calling and checking on the order a sales manager Fred Jefferies told me to give it till the end of Auguest and if it's not delivered to my house he would refund me and took some money off the price. On September 1st I called and still no table so Fred Jefferies told me to come down on 9-6-11 and he would do what ever it takes to make it right. When I arrived I was told he wasn't in the building and another manager Geo or George told me I couldn't take the floor model due to a contract they have with the manager and I couldn't get my money back because it was a special order and fred Jefferies didn't put anything in writing. He told me he would put in writing that if the table and chairs weren't in by the first week in October I can get a refund. I contacted the BBB and they responded they are unable to give me my money back its a special order and I replyed it stated 6-8 weeks not 6-8 months. Rooms Unlimited would not give me the manufacters name or number to contact. On the sales slip it had Liberty Furniture. When I found the web site and got the contact number the answering machine said they closed there doors and can not take messages. I really just want my money back at this point.
