I ordered the only thing my daughter asked me for for Xmas, a Coach handbag and a wallet to match. This was on 12/07/12. After several weeks with no mdse and no shipping confirmation, I investigated. The money was taken out of my account the same day. I was having a bunch of dead ends trying to figure out what was going on. I was lucky enough to receive the products but after 2 weeks of use, they are both damaged. I am trying to get this resolved starting with my credit card company. I was more fortunate than others in not getting my account drained and in getting the product. Check out the fashionpay web site.
