I tried to upload my passport for verification purposes. Then, suddenly during the verification process, the process stopped and I received the message "Your account has been suspended. Please contact admin". Immediately afterwards, an email received as below:
Dear kaikai85,

Thank you for using our Automated Verification process.

Unfortunately you did not pass the process. Response Status:
DENIED_FRAUD

As a consequence of this your account has been suspended.



We are always available to answer any questions or concerns you
may have and thank you for choosing SolidTrust Pay.

Then,I sent them a message via their contact form. I described what happened and requested that they should explain to me why my account became suspended.


i had sudmited ticket immediately, and yet no reply from SOLID TRUSTPAY...

I've called to get more details after few days, the representative claimed that they didn't received my email and requested me to email them again.

Two days after, I called again to confirm that they had received my email, yet the representative said that they didn't received my email and I requested her to reconfirm with the verification dept but she said she can't. Again, she requested me to email them again with another email address.

Since previous case, immediate to make a call to them after I've email, I've been told by the representative that she cannot check on whether they have received my email and she need me to wait for 5 working days for the process.

Yesterday I called, the representative again to ask me wait for 24-48 hours to check on my STP account; If my account still in suspended, I will need to call them again.

Then, I do call in just now but after some verification took by them, the call was ended.

Thus, I file a complaint here and hope that anyone may help to get my account re-activate.
