Contracted 'Git Er Done Dave' to remodel warehouse. Did most of that work satisfactorily (except the roof still leaks) and then offered to purchase our flooring. Paid him $4000 to get it and said it was on backorder and should be here in 6 weeks. After dozens of excuses why it was not in yet, he admitted he never ordered it and didn't have the money to pay us back
