I to did the trail version - I spoke to a supervisor and that's the way they do business. I received an email confirming my trail version - it did not state anywhere that I had to call and cancel any further orders within 14 days. I have tried to get into the free trail site to confirm the terms and conditions that I apparently missed. I can't get into the site as my browser is warning me not to.

- The website I ordered from has disappeared. There are several others by the same company. This is fraud. They fraudulently obtained your credit card information and used it without your consent. Report it to your credit card company. Sending you a package with a little note in it saying they will charge your account if you don't call within 14 days is an attempt to change a contract without consent of both parties. And that is illegal.
