We too were sold PRL w/the understanding they would rent out our timeshare points 150,000 for 8.5c/pt and would receive payment in OCT. 2012. Never rec'd Then later were told PRL was out of business per Lisa @ their regional office in vegas. They called under the pretenses that RCI was calling us to update us on what was happening to RCI. Not so. a Brief talk about RCI, then to buy into PRL $498) and VSI-$199.00 which wuld give us timewshare exchanges @$0.00 and for 9,000pts. Then we were to buy into Sunset Harbor Resort, @Willis,Tx. (approx. 8.000+maintenance fees $84.00) What a scam operation. Brandon J Cooke never delivered. such misrepresentation of sales talks. They have scammed thousand of people across the us for $$$$$$$$ and nothing to show for it. Beware they are now R&R Ventures or another name. They are connected w/someone else in vegas too.
