want United States indivduals to send him $700.00 deposit for this apartment which is with a Realestate for sale, that he can rent it to you for $900.00, and to place the rent maoney into an account, and requesting personal information on people. I received one email, and so did my friend, with the same request. Luckly we are to smart for this scam but I would like to report him, so every can be on the alert from this person which has done it with other properties in the Bronx, and in Queens.
