We ordered a leather furniture set by phone October 1st after viewing their website. Was told 50% down then balance on delivery. Used credit card. By mid December we were charged balance for furniture but no furniture. Numerous attempts to contact company have been fruitless, they now do not answer the phone or return messages.

- If you contact you credit card company, they can and should reverse the charges. I know that my credit card company has done that for me, more than once. Good Luck!
