A person contacted our compnay for limo service. This person asked for something cheap and advise for hotels in the area. She was quit upset to learn we are not cheap and we do not know of anything cheap in Niagara falls. Since she is just starting off in life we advised her that if she needed cheap then maybe she should stay home in our e-mail. She called us and in our phone conversation she was quit demanding and slurring her words constently saying we were not professional. She then contacted complaints.com, BBB, and a company asking for money anywhere from $1200 to $3000 per month just to repair our tarnished reputation. I would like to add that no money was exchanged or service provided yet she contacted the above stating that we were the worse service ever. She has continued to bash us because we were honest and she couldn't travel because we later found out she was expecting a child and she had to get married. We have been her bashing boy for 9 months now and continued complaints made by her and yet no service was provided other than an opinion. It is truly beleived that this is some kind of scam for quick money. If anyone has heard of this please e-mail me at (Personal Information Removed) with your story. The individual lives in the state of Washington and is a female. We are currently trying to build up information to file a lawsuit.
