Purchased this textbook through the site and immediately paid through PayPal. Didn't get a responce from the company at all! No confirmation email, no tracking number, no shippping confirmation or anything. When I messaged them they simply replied that they'd shipped it...thanks? When I got the book I realized that they shipped me the seventh edition, not the ninth like I had ordered. I have messaged them, but still have not received a responce, nor do I expect to since they have their site set up in such a way to keep customers from having proof of their "errors".

After purchasing, you cannot come back to your account to confirm that you didn't get what you paid for, since it only states the book's title, but conveniently never mentions the ISBN or edition number (these are only ever stated when you're purchasing, so you think you're getting what you want). They also never sent me a confirmation email of my purchase's details, so I cannot PROOVE that they clearly sent me an edition I did not order. With all the dodging of emails, secrecy of information, unwillingness to put anything in writting...it gets pretty hard to beleive that I just ordered the wrong book edition (especially since I ordered by ISBN, not title!).

I was worried about this seller from the onset, but I was so tempted by the deal that I risked it...I won't be doing that again. I'll let you know if I get my refund, but I doubt I'll ever see that money again. >[]
