I ordered the Garcinia Cambogia on a website with the Dr.Oz show the biggest mistake in my life. First the double charge me for the product i called a couple of hours later to cancel both orders before the order was processes. I talked to a agent my the Kiko and explained to him that i didnot want the product and not to send the product out I would like to cancel the whole order and wanted my monies refunded. Well he told me he at least wanted me to try the product and told me that i would receive a refund the second charge and 50% of the first order in 48hrs and 2 bottles of the product in 7 to 10 business days. Okay i did receieve the first half of the refund in the 48hrs of 159.00 but didnt receive the additional 80.00 so i called and spoke with Margeret and asked was the refund processing and she said yes and just give it to the end of the day. So great I did and no refund so i called back the next day which makes this Wednesday and spoke with John at 10am my time and he said give it to the end of the day so i hung up and did just that. Well Thursday comes no refund. Now i called back on Friday and now they are telling me that all the agents were giving out false information and i would not receive the refund until the 22nd which is tuesday. Now i would have been fine with this had they told me this on the first day i called but this is ridiculous how customer agents just lie to get you off the the phone and then the lady had to nerve to be rude about the situation when i tried to explain it to her. So warning when buying something offline make sure to call the customer service agent company first and check out the company. when i call just a few minutes ago to get the name of the company to file a complaint with the better business bureau she refused to me give the name of the company and the city telling me that she couldnt give out the information when i had just spend all that money. So if you buying this product beware the customer service agents are liars and do not the anything about the product.
