REPEATED DAILY automated calls about lowering my credit card interest rate. I agreed to let them LOOK INTO it. I was immediately billed approx. $500.00 and have not received any contact since. I reported the situation to Mastercard and was told all they can do is flag the charge. I do NOT intend to pay the charge!
I am still receiving daily multiple calls from the same company wanting to perform the same "service". When I can manage to talk with a REAL person and start to question them they hang up on me. I want the charge removed and the calls to stop!
HELP!!!
