I bought a temporary debit card for $45 and a activation fee of $5, total $50 on Nov 3 2012. They said I said I would receive my regular card within 3 weeks. I have called several times to report to them that I did not receive the card. One time they said it was stolen. The next time they said it wasnt and they made a mistake and they would send me a new one. Finally on Jan 19, 2013 I received the card with a negative $16. balance. I called and they said that I have charge a monthly fee for the card that they didn't send me and that can't do any thing about it.

- My 39 yr old son died in May of 2010. A woman we know stole his Visa Green Dot card and charged $500+ AFTER my son died. I spent weeks trying to get this taken care of. Course all my calls ended up in the Philipines. They said they'd send a statement of all his charges after the date he died. Asked for death certificate, etc. After going thru all of that TWICE, I never heard a word from them. Nada, nothing! Guess $500 is nothing to Visa. The woman ended up stealing my son's car and lots of other things as well. I think Sam Walton would turn over in his grave if he could see what WalMart has become. Very sad.
