Ten days prior to my vacation I booked and paid upfront for a Town car p/u round trip to and from lax. My p/u was @ 3:55 am, without my knowledge or approval, 24/7 changed my mode of travel to a private van the highest next charge possible and refunded the difference there by preventing a dispute with my CC who denined the dispute because they only charged for what they then delivered even though it was not what I reqested.
Mngr. MATT and TONY FENNEL @ 1 951 219-2080 know by expierence how to game the system and they gamed me.
I called on my vacation to complain but was told it would be takin care of. Another predetermined lie, they only sent drivers that drove vans, and never drove Town cars. I've seen the drivers email from the office.
