This person sold several high value items on ebay, than nobody received their items.
He does not respond to any communication, files a fake tracking number for claims ( originated in different city, State than he is). After all the claims and negative feedback he just disappeared, unregistered from ebay. Shockingly ebay-paypal will not do anything, will not investigate, they concider the provided fake tracking number valid.
