Puchased boat moter ans trailer at cost of $27.000. Package ordered in Sept 2010--delivered Dec 2010. recieve boat and moter as per quote but a different trailer--lower price with no paper work for licencing. Company president assured he was waiting for delivery of the specific trailer we ordered and would deliver it when e recieved it . 2 years and multiple E-mails as well as report to BBB, this matter went to small claims court . monetary issue resoved with MR. Yates agreeing in court to send paper work for trailer that was delivered so it could be registered with Department of moter vehicle . Judgement was for Yates boatbuilding to provide this within 30 days . multiple E-mails to Mr. Yates and 7 weeks later no paper work
