Mytechhelp started charging me $9.99 per month even though I never contacted them or registered or provided my credit card information. After noticing charge in my credit card statement I called them and they said Dish TV has registered my account and provided my information. I called Dish person said they can't and they've not. Then Dish person conference mytechhelp person and then he said I may have registered by some other provider, e.g my cell phone company. They were not ready to return any money except latest charges of 9.99. When I asked them Dish didn't provide my credit card information, I didn't provided my credit card info then how did they get my info then he suddenly changed his attitude and agreed to refund full amount of 29.97 but didn't tell how they got my credit card information.
