I realised that with "complete saveing" deducted £10 from my account without I joint in! I called them strait this morning on 0800 389 6960 and cancelled this! They said that I jointed last decemberc on the 19! But I know I did not!!! They will hopefully transfer my money back witin 10 working days.... I will see!!!

I repeat you are NOT a liar. I sincerely hope you get your money back. I was looking at another comment and clicked on "previous complaint" thinking it would be talking about the same business but yours came up and yours is nothing to do with 24option.
