I had service for one week with Dish Satellite. The service was terrible. Dish techs came to my house 2 times to fix the problem. They thought they did. They did not. I called for another appointment but I had to wait for weeks at which time I cancelled for the service that was not working. It took them over two months to send me boxes to send my equipment back. They are charging me for the time that I had non working service and for the box delivery delay that was their fault. I was told by their customer service that all I needed was for one tech to come and check the service for me to cancel the service without having to pay the cancellation charge. They are now charging me $444.00 I just got an email from them. I have called them at least 20 times but they also have no record on these phone calls. There customer service is terrible. They obviously don't keep records of their telephone or service calls and then they charge you an arm and a leg for something that does not work. I don't feel that I should be charged this rediculous amount because nothing worked. Again their service was non working. When one of the techs came to my house he had to change a piece on the dish because it was faulty. Again, it never worked.

  • I would like this company not to charge me for a service that was not working. They also need to keep better records of all the calls that come from the customers.
