We order a Zodiac Booster pump that was schedule to be shipped on Jan 2, 2013 and we still do not have the pump. I would like to know where the pump is and if we are going to receive it. This is unacceptable.

- Please let us know if the order has been shipped and when we can expect the order to arrive. Also, I think they need to give us some kind of discount to the order being shipped on Jan 2, 2013 and now it is Jan 22, 2013 and we still do not have itl.
