On Dec. 2nd. they announce a collection of DVDs on the Mega Channel. I ordered the same day that merchandise, hopping to gave it as a gift I have calling to 1 800 914 8033 and they claimed that the "factory" is back orders. They promised me that I was going to received my merchandise in 10 days, is already 17 days and nothing. I been calling with NO answers. I hope you can help me and investigate this fraudulent company so nobody else gets ripped off, as I did. All I want is justice.
