When I signed up for Direct TV/Verizon service, I was quoted $90 a month, so each month when the bill came in at nearly $200 I began inspecting my bill. I was being billed for movie packages that I didn't want and never signed up for. Each month, customer service assures me they will fix it, but each month I'm billed around $45 for movie packages I don't want. Last month I was assured that they would fix it once and for all so I sent a check for $135, which was less the $45 for movies I never wanted and this month I got an overdue bill for that amount. Not only that, but my service STILL includes $45 for movie packages I have begged to have removed from my service. Its quite a hoax they have going for them.
