I received my bracelet from EndOfRetail, but it didn't fit. The email I had received prior to the actual order claimed that "If you have any questions about your order please contact us at [email protected] or call us at 888-895-8897 Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm PST." (this is copied directly out of email). When I tried to contact them via email, sent to 4 different emails within the company, I STILL have received no reply or acknowledgement. I have called the phone number, as well as a local number (424-218-9711), but there is only a recording. When I attempted to be transferred to an operator, I was disconnected. I have called approximately 15 times in the past 2 days, with the same results.

I have taken to posting negative comments on their Facebook wall, which they removed. I have posted negative comments on my own Facebook wall, so others shouldn't go through the same bad experience. I have also tweeted negatively about them. I was hoping to elicit a response of ANY kind, but haven't.

I only want my money back and to return the bracelet. Their website states "Item(s) may be returned via USPS mail, DHL, Fed-EX or UPS. The item(s) must be securely packed and sent back with account information and instructions on how to process the return (Exchange or Refund). Please note we are NOT responsible for any returns that are lost or damaged in transit. We highly suggest insuring any return packages.ALL RETURNS must be accompanied with an RMA Number. Please contact customer service to acquire an RMA Number before sending your package back." For me to be able to do this, someone at their company actually has to answer their phone or respond to my email. In addition, this all must be completed within 30 (thirty) days of the original order placement.
