Definitely a scam! After I ordered the trial bottles I was contacted by the company to see if I wanted to take advantage of their auto ship program, to which I replied a resounding NO! And further stated that I did not want the trial if that would initiate an auto ship. I didn't think this was the case because the website I ordered the trial from said their were no strings attached and stated that they didn't even try to get you into any "sneaky auto-ship" deals either, I believe that was a supposed quote from Rachel Ray.

I was reassured that would not happen, and now just before Christmas I get a 79.99 charge that may also cause me overdraft fees! Not only are they a rip-off but they flat out LIE! I have not received another bottle yet (just the charges) and when I tried to cancel on their "automated" cancel line (they just re-direct you to call back later due to high volume, if you try to get a human being) they give you 15 days from today to return the bottle (at my own expense) or be charged the full price, hard to do if I don't receive it within that time frame. Shameful company with very deceitful tactics they should be closed down and if Rachel Ray cares about her reputation she should sue them.

This discribes my history also. BUT they shipped the product they charged me the $79.99
to the wrong address. I NEVER GOT! AND THEY CHARGED ME FOR IT AND WOULD NOT TAKE THE CHARGE BACK.
