looked co up on internet for overhead door repair. young man came and said needed new safety mechanisms he would order. charged 50. no word so saw an overhead door man in the neighborhood who fixed the problem with the existing mechanism in just a few seconds. called them to ask for refund but they said they made the service call so no refund. i can understand the mistake, just not why they would not refund a worthless service call that yielded only bad advice.
