I have a dorment account with this branch. when I inquired qith them they told me that,the bank had send my funds to the Treasurer of Illinois. When I wrte to this office it turned out to be false. In my opinion,after they suffered heavy loses and borrowed $45 Billion from the tax payers,they strted to steal from the dorment accounts in their branches,and telling clients that go and collect from the Treasurer's office. I need some one to investigate this fraud by Citibank.
