I contacted 877-889-2129. I had googled "iPad customer service" and this came up and for some reason I was under the impression I was calling Apple. I called because I couldn't figure out how to sync or find my playlists. They lied and told me that the 6.0 version no longer has they playlists They then told me that because I didn't have a warranty that they couldn't help me unless I paid for a technician to sync it through iCloud. Because I've been dealing with Apple for a number of years with my iMac and iPod I was accustomed to great customer service. Somehow I realized I wasn't on the phone with Apple and at that point felt completely stupid. I almost returned the iPad and complained loudly to 2000 facebook friends just because of their misrepresentation. Thankfully I figured out before then and once I did have the real Apple on the phone received great service as always.
