This is a horrible company! I ordered a camera from them and they called me a few days later with some excuse about making sure my address was right. Then the guy tried to convince me that my camera would come with a "starter battery" and that I'd need to upgrade, and they just happened to be running a "deal". He said the same thing the others have complained about, that I'd get 2 batteries for the low price of $69.99. I tried to say no many times but he kept pushing so I said OK. After trying to sell me several other things I didn't want, he said my total would also include $30 for the shipping insurance. I asked why I would have to pay that and he said it was "standard". After hanging up I thought about all he'd said and called right back to cancel on getting the batteries. It took forever to get through to a person, and when I did it just happened to be the same guy. I told him I wanted to take the batteries off the order and he argued and argued with me saying I would get a camera with no battery and what a good deal this was. I said no thanks, just take it off the order. He started to get verbally abusive so I said I wanted to cancel my order. He hadn't even asked my name or order number, but hung up on me when I said I no longer wanted to order from him. I am hoping my order was indeed cancelled but notified my CC company about the possible charges he would attempt. I will NEVER deal with these guys and advise anyone who is considering buying from them because of their "good deals", be aware that it's a scam to get you to pay ridiculous prices for something you don't even need. Rude and abusive person!
