A deposit of $200.00 was made by Hydre Fund III into my checking account on 1/23/2013. I do not know who this company is or have I asked for any loan. I called the phone number that came with the deposit on the account. I was hung up on 3 times withing 10 to 15 seconds of them answering. I did not even get a chance to say 5 or more words. On the 4th attempt to call the number associated with the fraudulent deposit the telephone number was disconnected. On 1/25/2013 I will drain the checking account except for the $200.00. I have not signed any agreement with this company so I feel that I am within my rights to shut down my checking account. If they chose to sue for any reason my lawyer has already been informed of the issue. I will keep trying to resolve this issue by contacting Hydra Fund III if I can find a telephone number that I can speak with a representative.
I have received phone calls to my home. I found this out after I came home from work. The messages say they are from Hydra Fund. The person seems to be Indonesian. When I try to call the phone number described it rings 2 to 3 times then is disconnected.
