I ordered a pair of Nike sneakers from these guys in November 2012, but from the tracking number they gave me those sneakers ended up in Switzerland "by mistake." In December they said they would send me another pair, but those never arrived either. They do not answer the phone nor do they reply to emails.

I am part of Kicks Store Ltd and I'm sorry to learn of your complaint on here.
Please be assured, we are an honest business, only selling 100% authentic goods and we will always refund customers in full should we be unable to honour an order.
If you could email me at [email protected] with your order number and email address you used when purchasing your goods, I will look into this for you.
I can see that we replied to your first email on 13th November 2012 and the only other email from you was on 22nd January 2013. We are only a small business with limited man-power and so can take a little longer to reply to customers than hoped.
Once again, apologies for not getting back to you sooner and we will look to rectify this for you.
