Iordered what i belived was a 30 day free trial @a cost of £5.99 for postage@package in july 2011,Idid not recive anything from this company,and went on holiday at the end of july on my return on the 14/8 i had my bank statement waiting for me in which i discovered this company had had taken £139.90 from my account,Irang the company and told them i had recived nothing from them ,and they had illegally taken that amount of money from my account,after initially appoligizing to me and offering me a 2 for 1 disscount which i refued they told me they would put the money back in to my account,i informed my bank and when my next statement arrived they had taken another£139.90 out and also posted cream to me which i refused to accept it.in total they have stolen £279.80from my accont which is half my monthly pension.
