On Dec. 29, 2013 I ordered two undergarments from Evans Bra online for my special needs daughter. I received the confirmation letter on 12-29-2013, with the correct size and quantity, and what I later learned was an untrackable, tracking number. They deducted the due amont from my acct. on 1-03-2013. I received my order on the 18th. of Jan. 2013. On the 10 of Jan, I had emailed them a concern over the length of time it was taking to receive the order. They returned the shipping fee as a gesture, for the shipping delay. However they shipped the wrong size of garments. I have been unable to follow their return requirements as I have been locked out of my acct. I have had several emails with their help department, all telling to go to my account to get the necessary return info., every temporary password I have been given has failed to gain me access to my account. I have expressed my frustration and asked for assistance only to be met with the same merry-go round. I know $40.00 is not an earth moving amount of money , but my daughter lives on disability and can not afford to lose that money.
