I contacted this company. I was told that they would work with my mortgage company and lower my mortgage to around 900.00. The company said they needed the money first ( first red flag). The money was wired to Bank of America in California. I was told to complete forms and fax them back. I never spoke to a person directly I had to leave a voice mail. When I had trouble coming up with the last part of the payment I was told to sell something or ask someone for the rest of the money. My mortage was never lowered and in the mean time my home went into forclousure and I had to declare bankcruptsy to save my home. I was behind $17,000.00 on my home loan.
