They make you believe they have a building with 160 rooms located in a choice location.They claim the room is a single ensuite room with toilet and bathroom, fully serviced with electricity and water.The above representation is so wrong.They deceive you into paying 36,200 monthly payment which adds up to 434,400 a year.
