I had an experience similar to others with this company. I thought I was contacting APPLE TECH support and have discovered after apparently signing up for a three month payment plan and spending many frustrating hours with this company before going to the APPLE store and connecting with the "real APPLE tech support services" that I was working with a company not associated with APPLE. I have contacted the Florida Better Business Bureau regarding what I have determined to be at the very least deceptive business practices and possibly fraud.

Would love to have some of it returned but not sure if we might have actually agreed to pay for something. I can guarantee, though, that whatever we purchased it was at a high stress level because of our technology issue and from a company we did not know we were working with for a service we really did not want. We were deceived because we did not know any better. It will not happen again and I truly believe that this company is running in such a way as to purposely deceive the unsuspecting.

- After I complained to the Better Business Bureau and submitted my evidence, I was able to get all the money that I requested back.
