In reviewing my Debit Card account, I noticed transactions that I NEVER authorized from Diet Instructot M.D. I'm fortunate to not have have billed more due to my monthly review. I have NEVER given ANY representative of this company the permission to charge my debit card. I am very concerned as to how they were able to access my banking information.The item listed on my bank statement listed this phone# detail 877-894-3632DIETIN". Due to the weekend I was unable to contact this company. I plan to do so Monday 1/28/13.
