Bulluck's Heating & Air Company took my money and never fixed my A/C Unit

(HB) I wish that I would have look at you guys first before I ever use this guy around my property. I trusted him for a minute to long.. Herman Bulluck has done several jobs around my rportery and I have always felt he was over charging me. Well this last time I knew this was his game. He came to fix my toliet. I continued to tell him I think I needed to buy a toliet because it kept backing up. Anyway I have three toliets in my home the rest worked. He eventually tried to convince me that I had pipes up under my home that are bent or bad. I requested an estimated of cost. I had already paid him the amount listed above for he snaked the pipes and my toliet stilled did not work. My friend from out of town came in took the toliet up /outside ran water through it low and behold toliet paper had clogged it up. He never return with a call or estimated. I hope he never gets to bullshit anyone else. Oh!! this is what he said when I asked for an estimate Let me stop bull shitting its going to cost.
