Entered my online account to find a debit of $48.05 from my account from the above company, have no idea who they are or what subscription i am supposedly joined too.. have sent an email regarding this problem, due to time zone differences but as yet.. no reply.

- You may want to take a look at http://www.numberinvestigator.com, then enter the phone number of the merchant. I believe your issue is the same as many of us, if so, you'll probably want to contact your bank for further advise. Don't wait on the company to reassure you, they don't want you to contact your bank.

- Thanks Mr_Cautious, i have recently contacted my bank and have now cancelled my debit card. Thank you for the link also.
