I accepted a collect call from my son who is at work release. When asked how much to charges were the man on the other end of the phone told me $19.00. I accepted the charges only to find out this morning that they took $63.56 out of my checking account account. Ive tried looking them up on line to get a refund and to my suprise this company has been doing this a long time and to lots of people. I will be calling my congress man and the better business bureau and anyone else who will listen!!!!!!!
