I prepaid for a vacation to Cancun with a Smart Circle certificate and never took the vacation. I also had prepaid the taxes for the trip directly to Premier Cancun Vacations in Mexico. I was told that I could not be reimbursed for the taxes even though I did not take the trip. The sales representative was very rude and stated that there was nothing he could do for me and because their organization was in Mexico, I could not file a complaint. This company has numerous complaints online for poor service, scamming, and ripping customers off. In addition, there are numerous complaints of the hotel's conditions in Mexico. The site they actually advertise online is false. If customers search other travel websites they will be informed of the conditions of the hotel called Ocean Spa in Cancun.

    Premier Cancun Vacations has been offering promotional vacation packages at reduced prices for over 10 years and we receive in excess of 150 happy vacationing families each week at our hotels. We are sorry to hear that you were unable to use your vacation with us, as we are positive that you would have had an amazing stay.

    When registering the Smart Circle Certificates in our system, it is our company policy to explain that the hotel taxes are nonrefundable. That being said, however, it is never our intention to simply retain a client's money. If you will please provide me with your full name, booking number or any other identifying information so that I may locate your records within our system, we will issue a refund to you for the $110 in hotel taxes you previously paid for the vacation you were unable to take.

    We appreciate your feedback with regard to your experience with our company as it helps us to continue to improve our customer service.

    We hope that you will one day be able to visit us here in Cancun and experience for yourself, all that our hotels and Cancun, as a destination, have to offer.
