I notice on the web that many more people have complained about this company which just got two unauthorized payments from my credit card.

Just wrote the following to USTechSupport, the company behind MaxMySpeed which seems to be successful in getting money without authorization

Dear Sear/Madam,

I was shocked to check my credit card extracts to find two transactions I did not authorize for services i do not use. This is theft and i strongly object.

18/01/201320/01/2013DRI*MAXMYSPEED EURO -36,89
19/01/201320/01/2013CBD*USTechSupport EURO -22,79

I have contacted my bank to oppose these unauthorized transactions (in
EURO). Please take also the necessary steps on your side to stop such unauthorized transactions.

And received following automatic reply:

Wonder if they will be honest and refund the money. What legal actions are being taken against such scams?
