I attended the three day workshop that went from 9/9/11-9/11/11. But, let me say first that I think Steven is an excellent speaker but at the same time I feel like I was only getting a brief summary of each example of how to invest in realestate. He spent way to much time working on cognitve thinking techniques such as NLP imagery. He also wasted alot of time showing us pictures of him and his wife on vacations, that I know were paid for by the company. That time could have been spend going into more detail about the realestate investment business. If people's minds are not prepared prior to attending the workshop. It sure won't get done in 3 days. And I cannot find a telephone number or good website to get a refund if I make a sale in 90 days. I did not get my moneys worth.So contact me as well I would like to come aboard.
