I have finished paying for my 2005 Dodge Ram truck. My contract was for 5 years. I paid payment # 60 ON November 30, 2012. At that time I expected them to mail me my title. One of their own workers told me I had finished making all of my payments. All I wanted them to do was honor the contract we had with each other. I have written them many, many letters disputing their balaNCE THEY HAVE IN THEIR COMPUTER FOR ME. sOMEONE FROM THE COMPANY WENT INTO THE COMPUTER AND ENTERED A BALANCE FOR ME OF OVER $10,000.00. i TOLD THEM THAT i HAVE PROOF THAT i DON'T OWE THIS AMOUNT. tHEY WONT RESPOND TO MY REQUEST IN WRITING. I cannot assess the web site on the computer to see my own account tHEY EVEN SKIPPED SENDING ME MY MONTHLY STATEMENTS BY MAIL. sOMEONE IN THE RIGHT PLACE NEEDS TO PUT THIS OVER SEAS COMPANY IN CHECK AND MAKE THEM LEAVE THE usa DOING BUSINESS IN OUR COUNTRY. i DID CONTACTED THE fLORIDA sTATE'S ATTORNEY'S OFFICE, AND THEY SAID THAT i HAVE A GOOD CASE. i NEED SOMEONE TO HELP ME GET THE TITLE TO MY TRUCK.
