- Contact them via email at [email protected]. COntact your bank and dispute the charges. Confirm shipping or lack of via Fed Ex. Demand a refund. I emailed the Federal Trade Commission. If enough of us fight this, maybe they will stop scamming people.

- I too am disgusted with this company, i realised my ,mistake and emailed them to cancel the order and Not charge me again, i recieved nothing back until after they had shipped my package and telling me i will be billed when they ship the next batch to me, I imediately emailed back and told them this was there error for shipping the stuff to me as i had already cancelled my order, and i do not want any more stuff from them & to cancel my subscription. Since then i recieved the stuff today, no return address on it, and when i phone the helpline i just got a dead tome.i have now phoned my bank to stop any further transactions coming from my account from this company and in future i will read the small print and ignore any countdown timers!
