Applied for FREE trial kit for £3.95 postage and was horrified to find I had been charged for £87.50 after two weeks.
On reading the fine print in the terms and conditions (only on the web site not on the original order form), it appears that cancellation must be made by email within 14 days.
It only becomes clear that the full price is charged after 14 days when it is too late and the money has been taken from your account.
So much for a free trial!!
