This should outrage all the customers using T-MOBILE.This monster company needs to go bankrupt for ripping off customers.
7 years ago, I had the T-mobile service . For almost 3 years, my monthly bill was around $70. I received 2 phone calls from Texas. The next month, my phone bill was $410. I could not understand. So, I called T-mobile.They said,”YOU HAVE CHANGED YOUR PLAN” I was furious. I never called them. Never changed anything. WHO IN HIS RIGHT MIND WILL CHANGE FROM ALOWER PLAN TO A HIGHER PLAN?
I asked TMobile to fix it. They refused.So, I cancelled my service.i also refused topay the cancellation fee.
Last year, T-Mobile filed a case against me and the Judge ruled against me because, I Ignored the court orders.
Now, a Collection agency is harassing me. T-mobile must go out of service.because, THIS IS DAYLIGHT ROBBERY.
bECAUSE OF WHAT T-MOBILE HAS DONE, MY EMPLOYERS COULD NOT CONTACT ME AND I HAVE BEEN OUT OF WORK FOR 3 YEARS.
I AM CLAIMING ONLY ONE YEARS SALARY AS MY MINIMUM COMPENSATION
